Safety & Hygiene:

At Tambino’s we consider the safety of our equipment and toys to be of the utmost importance. ALL equipment undergoes a thorough safety inspection before it is deemed suitable for hire on each occasion it is booked out. Moreover all products are thoroughly cleaned using antibacterial products (Milton or Steritech) before they are packaged for delivery.

As soon as any toy/piece of equipment is deemed to be more than “gently worn” it is removed from the stock list.


Rental Discounts:

Up to 20% discount offered for longer hire periods:

3 – 7 Days = 0%

8-14 Days = 10%

15 days + = 20%


Refundable Deposit:

A fully refundable deposit is required for ALL hire periods of R250.00


Terms & Conditions:

All hires are subject to our Standard Terms & Conditions of Hire. Copy available via email when booking.


Delivery & Collection of Hired goods:

We deliver in and around the great city of Cape Town if required, however do charge for it additionally. Please advise us of your delivery address and we will quote you accordingly.

We do pick ups and drop offs from the your holiday accommodation or the airport, which ever is most convenient.

PLEASE NOTE:

VERY early airport meet ups (before 08h30) or SUNDAY deliveries/pick ups may incur an additional surcharge of a R100.00 over and above our normal rate.

Collection of the items from our premises by the client can also be arranged.

Deliveries within the Tableview, Bloubergstrand, Sunningdale and Parklands area are FREE.


PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Currently the only payment options available are EFT or COD. Upfront payment is required to confirm your booking, unless payment on delivery has been arranged. No exceptions. No payment, No delivery.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION:

Your booking is ONLY confirmed once Tambinos has received the signed & completed booking form and terms and conditions. Thereafter you will receive a confirmation email finalizing all the details.
